Nou se Ayiti. Ayiti se nou.
Who we are

A new party
for a new era

We are not a party like the others. We are a movement for national rebirth.

Nou se Ayiti. Ayiti se nou.

Our birth

Where do we come from?

The Parti Socialiste Moderne d’Hayti was born from a simple and painful observation: the old recipes no longer work.

200 years

Our birth is recent. But our determination is old. It comes from 200 years of silent resistance by the Haytian people.

Traditional parties, whether on the right, the left or the centre, have failed to lift Hayti out of the rut. They promised, they governed, they disappointed. And the people, especially the young, were left behind.

We were not born in the air-conditioned living rooms of Port-au-Prince. We are not the product of deals or compromises between old political families. We did not come with six-month promises or slogans for social media and the press.

Born in the universities

where students refused to bow their heads.

Born in farmers' organizations

where men and women work the land without seeing the fruit of their labour.

Born in provincial markets

where mothers struggle every day to raise, educate and feed their families.

Born in the diaspora

where Haytians abroad send money home every month, waiting for the day they can return.

Our identity

What we are

Centre-left socialists, modern and pragmatic

We believe the country's resources must belong to the people. But we also know we need partners to build. The State stays at the wheel. The private sector (national and international) can come along for the ride, on our terms.

Engineers and administrators

Our project is not a slogan. It is a 50-year technical charter, with phases, indicators and concrete infrastructure for each department. We don't promise. We plan.

Rooted in every territory

We are not only talking about Port-au-Prince. We are talking about all 10 departments. Every territory has its riches. Every territory will have its development.

Transparent

All our contracts, all our spending and all our decisions will be public through the Citizen Observatory. We do not take the people for fools.

What we are not

A party of notables

Our leaders are not family dynasties. They are technicians, activists, citizens like you.

Dream sellers

We do not promise paradise in 6 months. We propose a 50-year pact. It is long. It is demanding. It is realistic.

Naive

We know capitalism can be predatory. That is why we set clear rules for our partners.

Exclusive

We do not hate other parties. We simply offer a credible alternative.

Our mission

To promote patriotism, nationalism, independence, sovereignty, and the involvement of honest young people in politics throughout the national territory.

Our vision

We are not trying to save Hayti. Hayti is what can save us.

Doctrine

A different patriotic and civic worldview.

Together, we will get there.

Our values

What they mean to us

01

Homeland first

Our eternal theme. The only crime we will not forgive within our ranks is betrayal: to us, betrayal means being an enemy of the homeland.

02

Sovereignty

Hayti decides for Hayti. The resources belong to the people. Partnerships happen on our terms.

03

Social justice

Health, education and nutrition are rights, not privileges. Wealth must be shared.

04

Decentralization

Development does not happen in Port-au-Prince. It happens in all 10 departments, building on each one's strengths.

05

People's ecology

Protecting the environment means protecting the people. Renewable energy, reforestation and clean water are priorities.

06

Transparency

Nothing hidden. Everything known. Everything visible. The Citizen Observatory is our commitment.

07

Fraternity

We are not adversaries. We are brothers and sisters building together. The diaspora is one of us.

Ansanm nou fò

Together, we are strong.

Our strength

Skills in service of the country

We are not career politicians. We are engineers, doctors, agronomists, teachers, managers, skilled technicians, workers and farmers who have decided to put their skills at the service of the country.

In every department, district, commune, communal section, village and base, a volunteer coordinator leads the local network.

Our method

A 4-step approach

1

We listen

Before proposing anything, we go out into the field. We meet farmers, students, traders and local leaders.

2

We plan

We turn needs into technical projects, with goals, budgets and deadlines.

3

We act

We implement, phase by phase, tracking the indicators.

4

We report back

Every year, a public report. Every contract, visible. Every expense, tracked.

Our story in pictures

Faces, hands, smiles.

That is who we are. Not distant figures.
