Our Project

Konbit Patriyotik 2077
A 50-year pact

Because 200 years of plunder, dictatorship, mismanagement and dependency cannot be undone in a single term.

Kite nou kòmanse.

Why this project, and why 50 years?

Hayti is not poor.
Hayti is badly managed.

Because miracle solutions do not exist. Because real transformation takes time, rigour and perseverance.

What is missing is a clear vision, rigorous planning and unshakeable political will. That is what we bring.

Our plains and hills can feed the country.

Our subsoil holds gold, copper, gas, oil and rare earths.

Our sun and wind can light every home.

Our rivers can irrigate and produce energy.

Our young people are ready to work and to learn.

Our guarantees

What we offer Haytians

Full transparency

All contracts, all spending and all reports are public through the Citizen Observatory.

Security

“Secure Territory” plan: economic police, protection of strategic sites.

Social justice

90% of jobs at private partners are reserved for Haytians.

Ecology

All projects meet international environmental standards.

Stability

The project is a 50-year pact that outlasts changes of government.

Trust is not given.

It is earned.

The economic model

A modern, pragmatic socialism

Our doctrine: the State keeps control of strategic resources (mines, water, energy, heavy infrastructure). The private sector (national and international) is a partner, on our terms.

We are not selling the country. We are building it.

The contract with investors

1

Local value creation

At least 50% of raw materials processed locally.

2

Employment

90% Haytian staff, with mandatory training.

3

Environment

International standards.

4
